Labiaplasty – North Charlotte

It’s quickly gaining attention for it’s increase in popularity. What is it? Labiaplasty- also called Labioplasty or Labia Reduction- and is a Plastic Surgery procedure to reduce the length of the labia majora and/or the labia minora (the inner and outer lips). Of particular interest to women who have given brith, or who have been naturally born with elongated labia.

For reasons both aesthetic and functional, women prior to undergoing the procedure have complained of being self-conscience with their sexual partners. It should also be noted that a Labiaplasty is not the same as a Vaginoplasty, which is a procedure that tightens the Vagina to enhance Vaginal stimulation, while Labiaplasty only applies to the Labia. Labiaplasty is almost always an outpatient procedure, done under anesthesia.
